Description:
The mixing barrel is supported by the driving and driven shafts which are crossed in space and also vertical to each other, and are respectivly connected by Y-type universal joints, so that the mixing bartrel makes unique translation, turning, over motions in Three-dimensional space, thereby speeds up the flow and diffusion of the materials bein mixed, while avoids the specific graviy segregation of materials due to the action of centrifugal force in an ordinary mixer, and ensures the materials to reach an ideal mixing within a short time.
The SYH three-dimensional motion mixer's barrel can simultaneously perform three combined motions: rotation, revolution, and oscillation. This causes strong convection, shearing, and diffusion of the powder/particles within the barrel in a multi-directional space, breaking the segregation of the material and achieving uniform mixing without dead angles.
