Description:

The clamp-type column mixing hopper is a specialized turnover mixing tank for pharmaceutical solid dosage forms. It is made of high-quality stainless steel in one piece, featuring a square hopper and a 60° conical bottom structure. It can be paired with a column-type lifting mixer for clamp locking, achieving in-situ sealed mixing, transfer, and temporary storage. Specifications range from LDT200 to LDT3000L.

The hopper flange clamps and locks to the mixing unit, preventing dust leakage and ensuring fully sealed powder mixing, eliminating cross-contamination. It is suitable for mixing pharmaceutical granules and powders. The bottom is equipped with silent swivel casters with brakes, allowing direct transfer to batching and tableting processes after mixing, eliminating the need for intermediate powder transfer and feeding. The inner and outer surfaces are mirror-polished, and the 60° conical bottom angle eliminates dead corners and material accumulation, ensuring smooth discharge. The standard DN interface allows connection to dust collection and vacuum feeding equipment.
